Default What size is the pro 5.0 handle?

the reason that i need to know is that i got a 04 cobra shifter know and want to put it on my trans am pro 5.0. But i have no idea what size the handle is. I got my buddy the same cobra **** and we did it to his pro 5.0 but we both forgot what size it is.

I need the correct size so that i can tap it so that it will fit my trans am pro 5.0

BTW search is down

I know it is the same thread pattern.. The cobra **** is smaller than the pro 5.0 handle. Meaning that the bottom hole of the cobra ****, the opening to where it threads onto the handle is too small. I need to find out what size the threads are on the shifter handle so that i can drill the cobra **** and tap it so that it fits my pro 5.0

If I'm not mistaken it's an M14 but I don't know the thread pitch.
