The other day i seemed to have went over a wet spot of cement whn i was at work and now looks like its dried on there good. I tried the pressure washer at car wash but didnt work. Is there anything that would help take it off without takin paint off

If its big chunks I dont know, but if its little splatters try a clay bar or bug and tar remover with a good microfiber cloth. I would be very carfull though.
