how do you fill in reflectors?

how do you fill in reflectors? i have 3 cars that i want to fill in the reflectors.
tried bondo like a dumb ***, didnt work.
i heard theres a special bondo for urethane. whats it called and where do i get? and does anyone have pictures of a f-body with the reflectors filled in? and is there a "How to" on it?
