Wire Mod Help Please (ASAP)!!

Finally got around to doing this. I have removed the 7 and 10 mm bolts, I have left one phillips head screw that is acting like a push in rivet type deal, and then two other rivet type things just behind the wheel on the painted fender part. I can't for the life of me, get these things out, and I don't want to mess up the way the fender looks. Any suggestions??

pop out the center section of it w/ a flat head and the remaining part just pulls out

it wasn't those type of push pin things. i got pissed and cut the damn things. have to go the parts store and get some new ones..lol. Thanks for the reply though
