Are you sure...I think its the other way. A steel Z28 (if like a TA) has the blanket and all under it and isnt cleared...the SS is. I know I have seen them for a SS before but I cant recall seeing them for a Z28. Just like I have seen them (somewhere 
) for a WS6 but never a plain TA.
BTW here are mine to show what he's talking about, also they are made out of mirrored plexiglass so I am not sure how they would hold up if left on all the time on a daily driver:
