Default appearance question..
since i live in VA and cant have my licesne plate cover on, do yall think it would look could to paint it in black. so it would match the rear CETA?

i think he means paint the area around his front plate black because he cant run the cover

How about just not put one on... I live in VA... I deal with the same problem... but unless a cop is completely bored and nothing else to do.. he wont just pull you for that... now if you have illegal tint and your car makes his shake... then he will pull you for it to get you for all the other goodies... dont ask me how I know

i agree im in va and i dont run a front tag plus i have dark tint and a loud car and they still dont bug me
