custom seat covers

does anyone know were i can get some custom seat covers made
something like this.. could i just go to any upholstery shop and ask them to make them???

I know of a site/guy that makes vinyl to go on your seats as they are. Its a really cheap way to get the look you are trying to get. PM me if anyone is interested ill happily send ya the link. Would post it here but im not to sure if i would get "in trouble?" for posting it...
