Default Painted Rotors?

Anyone paint the hats of their rotors that live and deal with the salt in the Northeast? If so how does it hold up?

I don't know about any hats or snow really.

But, I painted my complete rotors(outside rim, and inside race). Looks real good and lasts for a while. I did that on my last car and it lasted over 3 years. Yet, this was in a dry climate.

I painted the rotor hats and the caliper bracket with a color called "stainless steel" which pretty much duplicates the original factory color... found it at home depot $5 for a large can...I liked it so much that I went back and bought 4 more cans in case it stops being available ... I repaint the calipers "safety red" and the rotors and caliper brackets "stainless steel" every spring when the weather gets warm ..
