i no heat gun an pull them slow then goff off then soap an water but would it leave a better shinng paint from under them? my paint is is good shape but if i remove them world it be a darker that the rest?

remove them with a razor blade, then get a rubber drill wheel from your autobody supply store. The rubber wheel will remove the old adhesive very quickly. from there, you can polish/wax the car to bring everything back to life.

I pulled mine off 2 weeks ago with 110k miles and it has never been garaged. My front SM peice (between the vents) had clearcoat sprayed on top of it before. I had it buffed and you can still see it a little, wetsand and buff would eliminate it but it's not very noticable far away.....here's a pic of what I'm talkin about:
