Default Paint Problem

So I painted the back of my house the other week and my Silverado was parked up the side of the house. After I had finished I was pissed to see my truck was covered in hundreds of tiny spots of paint. Whatever breeze there was must have carried it around the side of the house.

The paint is water based masonary but after having tried washing and waxing it won't budge. It will come off easily enough by standing there picking at each spot with my fingernail but that could take days!

What is going to be the easiest and quickest way to get it off? My truck is black and the paint is light yellow and it's driving me nuts.

Here's a few of pics of it before the paint got it!

A good buffing should do the trick.

Waxing over it mite have made it even harder to get off. Have you tried a pressure washer on the high setting (where it shoots out straight and hard; not that do-it-yourself car wash stuff)? Most of them aren't strong enough to take off car paint, but if it will come off with your fingernail, then their is a chance.

Try a claybar. It will take a while but it will remove the overspray. My buddies truck got "spray" the other day and it took me about 3 hours. Don't forget the windows.

try a heavy duty clay bar first or you'll be sitting there for hours. if that doesnt work just try paint thinner in a few spots(to see if it works) if the paint on the truck isnt fresh. then give it a good wax.

Thanks guys. I think I am going to go with the clay bar, I've never used one before but it looks pretty good to me. I've got a 2500psi pressure washer but don't fancy using it as the paint on the truck is not great. It really could do with new paint but it's out of my budget at the minute.
