Clay helps a lot with water spots. Vinegar is a good choice as well for eating at them. Stoner's is my favorite glass cleaner. I would give all these a try before resorting to steel wool. Using something that abrasive as a first step is nerve-wrecking, even though we're talking about glass and not paint.

Thanks for the input .. I have used Invisible Glass and Adams Glass Cleaner along with other specialty glass cleaners...none of them have removed the water spots..I am going to give the vinagar a try ... but I have a feeling the nothing out of a can or bottle will remove them...steel wool will probably be the end product to get them off...I'll let you know what works..

Sprayaway is the "shiznit" and a clay bar really cleans your windows up and makes them shine again!

Car Brite glass cleaner is the best stuff ive ever used. foams and no streaks.
