I'm really hoping that the Swirl Cutter plus proves to be better on her car. I have a bunch of halogen lights in the garage, and it is dissapointing to see the swirls after spending hours on the paint.

Thanks Steve for the help.
Saab has pretty hard clear. Intensive polish isn't going to cut it - no pun intended.

The saab isn't too bad if I keep it outside and door pay too close attention to it.

But as soon as I pull it into the garage and the lights hit it, I see all the flaws in the paint and it drives me crazy. It's the last black vehicle I'll ever buy.

Here's a picture from the last time that I spent a good while getting the paint as clean and flawless as possible. Again, this is using intensive and final polish from menzerna using an orange pad.

It doesn't look too bad, but in a strong light, the flaws come out.

Well, her car has spent a lot of time outside, especially this past winter as she has been working from home, so it got the bump out of the garage. I placed an order this morning for some swirl cutter plus, and with any luck, I'll be able to get her car back into 100% shape. I decided to order a micro fiber bonnet as well for the PC, so we'll see how that works out.

I have a couple of those microfiber bonnets. Do you use these after using the swirl cutter to remove the remaining polish?

Those bonnets are great for removing non-abrasive liquid wax or sealant residues. Place them over a clean orange foam pad for best results. Both sides can be used for safe removal.

To remove any remaining Swirl Cutter residue, use a clean damp microfiber detail towel or a quick spritz with detail spray.
