If you look at your coil packs the bottom bolt on 3 out of the 4 on each side holding them on looks like a pointed stud...the covers snap on to those and then snap on to your fuel rail at the top. Very simple install except for all the pieces you have to squeeze them around and under to get them on. Plus your going to have to cut the hell out of those to get them to fit....cut a little and test fit, dont try to cut it all at once!

i heard you only cut if you have the AIR in there, mine is out

I am not sure about that....maybe you wont have to cut the backs, but I know you will have to cut where the thottle cable bracket is.

do you have close up oF pics of yours

This is the only one even close to showing the cut for the TB cable. The TB cover hides it but you can see where the corner had to be cut.

Right, no TCS. But I did have it on my Firehawk and I still had to cut them some. I think the bracket is the same size...just no cable there.

Raptor_WS6 Jul 8, 2008 10:22 PM

what did you use to cut it

Yeah, a dremel with a plastic cut off wheel.

Camaro Rick Jul 8, 2008 10:42 PM

If you know anyone that has a scroll saw, that works waaayy easier. Just go little by little. It took me around 1.5 hours maybe to fit them both. Quite a bit has to come off from one. I'll take some pictures of mine, removed for you if you'd like.

Raptor_WS6 Jul 8, 2008 11:22 PM

pls if you would rick, thx

fast01z28 Jul 9, 2008 02:00 AM
