Smile Aluminum dash kit installed!

I like this. I got the kit from a non-sponsor so I can't post that info. But everything was of very high quality 3m products. Appears to be laser cut and really finishes off the silver and black theme I got going on. Install was very straight up. I had to clean the surfaces, prep them with some kind of adhesive bonder and then stick them, and heat them up to finally press them into place. Everything form-fit really nice. Here's some pics, let me know what you think.

Rest of the car is a little dirty though.

Don't really care for it much, but if you like it, thats all that matters. Would have been better if they would have made the piece around the window and lock controls the same size as the panel it sits on.

Sounds like it is a love-hate type thing, either you really like it or hate it
As long as the OP likes it that's what counts! I don't think I'd do it (rather have a leather wrap kit) but it isn't bad. OK so I went against the grain of what I just said about loving or hating it

Sorry, not a fan, stuck on pieces just look... well, stuck on. I think it would be cool to get brushed aluminum replacement bezels etc. though.

This is exactly what I was thinking. You could have pulled most of those plastic parts off, sent em to me and let me smooth and paint em for a small amount of $$. Probably less than that kit (maybe not 'cause some are really cheap), and it would have looked WAY better. I'd rather a custom part than a custom sticker on a part.

Personally, I don't like it. It just looks like it doesn't belong.
But if you like it, that's all that matters.
