Hey everyone, sorry I havent looked here often lol.

jorgez28: it isn't hard at all. everything is plug and play. only thing is I cut off my factory headlight harness and just crimped on two wire connectors, they fit right onto the H7 power connectors. If you decide to get these I can give you a walkthrough if you'd like!

Batmobile: I just used the plug and play kit and put the 880 HID bulb into the factory fog light housing. Need anything else, PM me or post somethin here!

2fast2blegal: 10,000K is a deep blue, 8000K is a white/blue, like lexus's lights kind of, maybe a little more blue. and 6000K is a very clean white. From what i've heard, for performance, 6000K is the best. But if you want a good mix of white/blue the 8K would be good. If you really want BLUE, then get 10K. You should be able to find pictures of what each temperature looks like, as far as the color goes.

Thanks guys!!

Hi,i have 1 of these kits and i was going to install this weekend. They sent me an h4-1 kit for my headlights,do you know if its right and if so is it easy or hard,or just change a few connectors?(not very detailed instructions)Did you have any problems and any suggestions?I noticed that there are some wires on the harnesses that are outside of the harness that i guess you strip the wire but where does it go?also did you have to change your fuse?

Hey man. I'm not sure about the H4 because I didnt use it. If you can mount it inside the headlight fixture itself safely, whether you got conversion housings that will LATCH them down, or if your ripping out the sealed beam and holding it down with silicone, they should be okay. Most lights have a ground and power connector tab inside anyway. Your going to need little wire connectors, you can get like 20 for $3 at any auto parts store. if you don't know what i'm talking about, grab your kit, and find the plug that would have been used to connect to your factory harness. Inside there should be two PRONGS. If you bring that into the store and say, I need the crimp connectors that fit on these, they should be able to help.

Now, your factory headlight harness/connector. There's two wires going into it, a ground, and a power wire. The factory harness should not fit your HID plug in the first place, so cut off the harness plug thingy, each wire ONE AT A TIME, or you'll make a shock and blow the fuse, and possibly hurt yourself. So just cut both wires, each at a time. Then strip the wires and crimp on those connectors, then plug them into the prongs on that one plug on the HID kit. As far as the "wires outside of the harness" I think you mean there are two wires that already looked stripped right? In my kit I had two wires that were stripped, and I needed to put them into a plug that came with the HID kit, kinda like "making" a harness.

But this is how my kit was, some kits require hooking them up to battery's and such, when my kit was completely plug and play and connected to my factory headlight power.

Maybe take some pics of the kit and show me on here, then I might be able to help a little more if my info doesnt seem to be matching up to your kit. If you'd like I can show you where I got my HID kit and you can try to send yours back if the one you currently have is a problem.

A quick question, did you do the HID for lighting up the road better or to get the blue light? I'm a fan of seeing better at night, so that's why I went with the 4300k since it's as close to colorless as possible.

For a lot less money, you could have just bought those blue bulbs if that's what you were after.
To each his own I guess.

I wanted both really, lol. I wanted the blue for looks too, and stock lighting is just horrible. I tried several different filament bulbs, and they all sucked so I moved onto HIDs instead.
