Automatic Shift **** I just got an aftermarket shift **** from TR. It looks great! I think it was a little hard due to MBA going out of business a while ago, but TR pulled through. (2005 right) Sadly it looks on my CC statement like I was refunded for the mounting kit. I hope it's not discontinued. I'm going to call them tomorrow, but thought I would chime in and ask a few questions just in case.
For those who do have automatics, and have replaceced their shift **** what hardware was required? It looks like their are threads inside the **** to srew something into, but I'd need some way to attach it to the stick of the automatic shifter. Again, I'm just assuming the worst that the item is discontinued.

If TR does not come through with that piece there are a few sponsors and even a few non-sponsors that still might have them.

Use a B&M shift **** adapter. It has two allen screws on the sides to attach to the plastic inside the shifter's outer metal tube, fits around the outside, and has threads to fit a **** for a manual trans. Cheap part that goes on without a hitch. The switch should take you 5 minutes. If your **** has a nut for adjusting where it sits on the threads (ie to face a specific direction) throw it away and use red Loc-tite for a cleaner install.

Just got off the phone w/TR. They are looking into it. Where do you get the B&M adapter. I looked at a few sponsors as well as B&M's site, and couldn't find it.
I have the adapter piece that screws into the MBA **** for a auto car. I got it with the ball I just bought off another member. It's just a little threaded on one end aluminum piece & the other end goes down into the stock shifter somehow.
