Hella 90 mm conversion headlight kit
Does anyone know the part # to this kit as there are 3 to choose from? Are there any other accessories needed for the conversion? Any info or links would be nice. It's for a 93-97 Camaro

Which three are you talking about?
I think there are at least nine versions that were available at some point.
H7 SAE
H7 ECE
H7 Fog
H9 SAE
H9 ECE
H9 Fog
D2S HID projector kit with ballasts
D2S HID projector alone
D2S HID Bi-Xenon
Some of those may not be available any more.
I think these are still available:
H7 ECE
H7 Fog
H9 SAE
D2S HID projector kit with ballasts
D2S HID projector alone
D2S HID Bi-Xenon
There are also 90mm High Beam Reflectors.
I'm guessing the four you want to look at are:
Low Beam:
H7 ECE Low Beam Projector
H9 SAE Low Beam Projector
D2S HID Low Beam Projector alone (buy your own bulbs and ballasts cheaper elsewhere)
High Beam:
H9 High Beam Reflector
I don't have the model numbers memorized, but Rally Lights carries them.
I have the H9 SAE version with a H9 HID kit. Others have used the H7 version and an adapter plate to mount an OEM D2S HID in them. It seems that a new alternative is that Hella recently started selling the D2S HID projector alone without being in a kit. It still costs more than double the cost of the Halogen versions but you can get the bulbs and ballasts elsewhere and still come up spending a lot less than the full D2S HID package they offer.
Whichever ones you buy, also make sure you get the mounting plates (and bulb connectors if you get the halogen version). I think they all come with the adjusters , but make sure.
If you plan on installing HID and can justify the cost increase, the D2S HID projectors may be a better choice than the Halogen versions because it is better designed to handle HID output. Previously, the Hella D2S HID projectors were only sold in a kit with the bulb and ballasts and were prohibitively expensive. Recently, Hella started selling the D2S HID projector alone, but it still costs more than double the Halogen version. If you can't justify the extra expense, you can get the H9 or H7 version and adapt it to HID.
