Eagle One makes some wheel cleaner that's AWESOME. It comes in a silver tin can, and it's cotton (or something like it) that's been treated with their "special chemicals". At any rate, it's great stuff, and I bet it will take the water spots off. I was getting a lot of scratches in my Boyd Coddington wheels, and I tried this stuff out. The scratches are virtually gone, and the wheels will blind you in the sun!

i use Mother's aluminum polish. White pastey stuff that turns black as you rub it on the wheels. Wipes off clean and easy, no more spots and shiny, shiny, shiny

Thanks for the response guys! I'm going to try the Mother's aluminum polish and see how it goes.
