Sun Visors question...

Sun Visors question... The sun visors are all ripped to **** and folded in my gf's 2000 T/A. I'm looking to get new ones the part that bothers me most about hers is that the sides are creased or folded from how it rest against the roof. It annoys the **** out of me when i drive her car they flop around with the wind. Especially when we have the ttops off.
I'm trying to find her some nice newer ones and it seems they are all like this? Did they come a little creased or folded or does it just happen with time? I swear some visors are like low mint ones from cars and it looks like the factory made them with the fold on the sides. My 3rd gen nor have any other of the 3rd gens that i've seen have had this problem with sun visors.
So what do yours look like?
