radio noise with it off

radio noise with it off I have a buzzing sound comming from my speakers with the radio on or off on my 2002 SS,does anyone else have this prob?it sounds like alt noise,or maybe I need a noise filter,please help.

I am suspecting that you amplifier relay is not shutting the power down to the speakers.
I would disconnect the battery, and then reconnect, to remove all power from the system, and recheck the condition.
