There are only 4 10mm bolts that hold in the wing. You have to remove the hatch plastics to get to them (they just pop off). The posts are just held in with 3M tape or pad. Aftermarket and OEM use the same LED light setup.
The easiest way to know if a SS wing is OEM or aftermarket is the lip on the top. The OEM version is a 2 piece wing that had a bit of lip/grove. Aftermarket ones are one piece and don't have this lip.

OEM spoilers are not cast as one piece.. you will see a seam running along the sides where they laminate the two pieces together (top and bottom). All of the aftermarket ones I've seen are all one piece designs and will not have the seam.
