Coil Pack Bracket Color for white Firehawk????
) But I am kind of stuck as to what color I should do my coil pack brackets on my Artic White Firehawk. I have had a set of valve covers powder coated bright white (along with a MAF and a Hotchkiss STB) and I will be running MSD coils and wires. So I need something that will work with those colors. I am thinking of having them coated in white as well but would that be TOO white? Red is an option but it would take away from the MSD coils (or might not match). Another option would be to leave them black...but how would that look on th white VCs??? What about silver/gray brackets to match the boots on the MSD wires???What do you guys think????
Here is a engine bay pic....all stock.

See I put way too much thought into this crap!

Nope, nothing shiney at all (except the TB) on this one. I am leaning toward a grayish color too. Like I said something close to the boot color of the wires.
IMO, the black brackets would fit better in the white/black underhood layout.
But then there's the Optima battery that sticks out like a sore thumb too, ...
That's my opinion, ...

you can use reg car paint and spray it with a gun and have it look great for years. base/cear, or single stage, it doesnt matter. i used single stage bc it doesnt orange peel as bad and you dont hafta worry about cleaning the gun that one extra time, and it ca also be purchsed for as cheap as $15-$20 a pint. car paint is usually good to 300 degree temps before its effected. just soemthin to think about since im sure youre wanting to get this car lookin good just like your WS6.

....how sad would that have been!
