Default What is "jig-notched"??

Looking at a Wolfe 6-point and was wondering what jig-notching is. Thanks. <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

i'm guessing it's their weld in bar, right?

they notch the tubes in a jig that matches the floor pan of the car. The bars probably don't ship, ready to weld w/o it.

You'll have to grind/cut them to fit.

At least that's what i've done w/ the S&W bars i've installed. I bought a tubing notcher after the first install. Cuts the time more than in half <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

exactly what he said. If you don't have it jig notched you have to make it fit. If it comes jig notched its already ready to mate to the floorpan.
