Default Weight math, kinda fun

I made an .xls spreadsheet of what I could do to save weight off my 2001, and was kinda shocked when I added everything up.

For free I can remove 94# off the car (not including AC/heater, those will never come out!).

For an additional $2250 I can remove another 140# off the car (kmember, aarms, hood, rotors, rims, muffler, battery). So what is the most you've spent to get 1.5ths?? <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

If the front bumper support is included in the free 94lbs, how do you go about taking that off? Already have spare tire, jack, backseat, out. PA mild steel k member and a arms on the way courtesy of the current GP for about $700. combined. Only run 5 gallons of gas everywhere. Im not taking off the front swaybar, ABS, powersteering or passenger seat. How else do you shave weight? Had weighed before Strange 12 bolt, ZR1 17 by 11s, and PA k member and a arms. With only 5 gallons of gas still weighed 3520. The majority of the weight from my Vortech 9 lb kit, subframes, Mcleod street twin etc. The addition of the 12 bolt and k member/a arms should cancel each other out. Wanna get into the 3400s at least. Not getting the dynabatt battery as that lame *** aluminum bracket that adds 5 lbs is required, only thing I can think off is to take off my front bumper support. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah I have a 98 TA by the way with t-tops if you think that weight was on the heavy side.
