Default How do I remove the ABS? Is this good or bad?

I have seen on a few of the weight reduction post that some have removed their ABS. How do you do this? Also, my car is a daily driver, will this hurt me or will it be worth it? Do true sports cars have ABS? I know the Viper barely recieved ABS this past year or so. Wondering...

ABS is more of a safety item, and it allows to to steer while applying the brakes to avoid a collision.

Removing is easy. But you have to redo all the brake lines. Since there are two front lines, you have to T them or do what I did. Run one line from the master into your line lock. Then use two of the "out" ports on the line lock to tap the fronts lines into. Easiest way to do it if you already have a line lock.
