I have been thinking about doing some lighting upgrades on my car and noticed that I can get an HID kit for the fog lights of 98+ camaros. The problem is that I have an LT1 car and really would rather keep the front end the way it is. But I was thinking about getting rid of the factory fog lights and molding in the "scoopes" like on the LS cars under the signal lights and installing the fog lights there. It would look factory, but have alot better light output. I'm also trying to work on some HIDs for the regular lamps so I would have nice bright lights all around.

But what are your thoughts on the light openings from an LS1 car molded into the front bumper of and LT1 car??
