lights flickering

lights flickering lately i noticed my headlights and all the interior lights flicker slightly, could it be from the alternator ( is it going bad?)?
the car runs good and the voltmeter showes proper voltage (14-15 volts)?

Re: lights flickering This is actually very common, almost all LS1s do this, it's when the air pump comes on and off. My 98 Formula did this from day one. It was a tad annoying, but when I heard that everyone else had the same thing happen, it didn't worry me so much.

You've either done !air pump or you just havent noticed it. They all do it. It's the electrical load of the pump switching on (in rush) that causes the flickering lights.
