Default Stall/TC selction ?'s

Hey all I am considering dropping a 4l60e in my Rx7 project and have a few ?'s about stall and autos in general.
Here is my setup :
1987 RX7 with a 5.3 Truck motor and a 4.10 R&P
~224/224 cam with full exhaust and intake
Megasquirt(ECU) and megashift(trans controller, can adjsut line pressure shift points and have a manual mode with paddle shifters).
The car will be a "fun" car that I will drive often take to track days/Time trials and some hill climbs (not competitive)

What what kinda of TC/Stall would I be looking for?

i would shoot for something in the 3200 to 3600 range. i personally went with an edge 3200 and i know it would be a bit quicker with a 3600.

You probably don't want something too loose if you are doing a road race/ time trial racing, I would go with a 2800-3000 vigilante!!!
