Hi guys. I'm putting a 2004 GTO (5.7 LS1 with the 4L60e) drive train into my 1970 Trans Am & have some questions as what to do to the tranny while it is out. The motor will be pretty nice (FAST 90/90, TSP 5.3 heads, F13 cam, headers, etc) & should make 450+ RWHP. Here is all I planned on doing to the tranny. I may go to the track once a year at most so it will only see street type abuse. No hard launches with big sticky tires or anything
Let me know if I need to do more. Thanks!
