not shifting
not shifting well i went to the track last nite and discovered that i have a little problem. at WOT my trans doesnt shift 2-3 it bounced off the revv limiter every time unless it was in overdrive, i had to completely let off the gas to get it to shift. i have no idea what the problem is, can any1 help?
it is a 98 rebuild 4l60e, i had it rebuilt in mayish

Do you have a stall? What power adders do you have ? Installed gears?

Have you had tuning and shifts points reset for the new gears ?

Most likely yes when you changed the gears the VSS info is incorrect now to the RPM and the rate of RPM increase has changed the PCM no longer has the correct information to make the shift possible at the correct time
