Nope. Not that I'm aware. If there is one, it's a well kept secret, and it'd likely cost more than a TH400 swap.

Nope. I've got a PT3400 on a turbo car and my rear brakes won't hold more than 2200.
"They also told me to switch out my hawk pads in back to something a little softer...hopefully that will do the trick."
I'm running Carbotech P+ pads. They're soft, and they don't hold any better. Have you tried the e-brake with the foot brake? I haven't yet, but it's something I've been mulling over.

I also thought about a proportioning valve to bias more pressure to my rear brakes. Have you heard of that?
