Default TH 350

What is needer computer wise to do the swap do i need to get a 6 speed wireing harness or will the auto work. The car use to be a 6 speed car so i still have the harness.

And on the Converter What do i need. Do i have to get one for a TH350/LS1 or will just any old school converter work?

And what is it i hear about haveing to shim the converter on some cars to get it to work? If i get a PY3600E from yank and tell them its for a th350 can they fix this.
THanks for the help.

No PCM work needed except to delete some codes that get set to get rid of the light. Any TH350 converter will work. You have to shim some converters. It's not big deal. Just get 3 washers.
