alright this weekend will prolly result in my trans giving up the ghost.
so im in the poor house right now. ex-girlfriend moving out, loosing a job, and paying for two dogs that eat more than i do.
but i have access to a turbo 350.
anyone got a general idea how much it will cost to swap it in the car, and the parts needed?

A new shifter, Yank crossmember, new flexplate, re-use driveshaft if using the TH350 with 9" tail housing. And a converter.

You could do what TurboAv said which would be the really good way or you could. Use the stock shifter, flexplate, take a 1/4" plate and reuse your stock cross member, reuse the driveshaft, and buy a converter that will work. If you have the money I would go the correct way but this will work and did work in my car before I stepped up to the th400.
