The stock lines are 5/16. The lines with the cooler are 3/8. If you can find a 5/16 x 3/8 brass barbed fitting you're good to go. I couldn't so I got the following:

2) 1/4" fip brass couplings
2) 1/4" mip x 5/16" barbed adapters
2) 1/4" mip x 3/8" barbed adapters

Screw the 5/16" and 3/8" adapters into the couplings essentially making 2 5/16 x 3/8 barbed adapters. Use the 5/16" side to tie into the factory lines. The 3/8 side will tie into the line that came with the cooler. I have the same cooler in my car and this worked well for me.
