Default stuck valve in valve body

I'm trying to remove the "converter reg valve, spring and isolator valve" from my valve body to install a shift kit. the long part of the valve came out and so did the spring but the smaller valve is still stuck in the valve body. How do I get it out?

I have a small valve body test plate from sonnax that I use. It comes with a hole drilled in it that you blow air through it to stroke valves. In your case we are blowing the valve out. If you have a compressor with an air nozzle in some cases the test plate is not needed. You also can try to remove it with a 90* pick and I have even used a zip tie while being creative. Good luck. thanks! I got it this morning at work, having the right tools makes all the difference in the world. The replacement valve works good, and slides freely in the hole.

valve body is done, the rest of the trans is starting to go back together tomorrow.
