Default stall converter ??? as well as rear end ???

what is the best streetable stall converter for the a4? looking for around a 3500 or so? tell me what you think!!!

also how strong should i build my 10 bolt? and what company makes the best parts to build it?

I think a 3500 is a great street converter. It has good street manors and will perform great for racing. Our "3C" Stage I Billet street series should be perfect for you, it is rated at 3500-3700 stall. We are offering free shipping for Tech members.

Circle-D knows converters, listen to him, its his specialty.


I've never heard of anyone wasting time building the 10-bolt. You either get a dana 60, 9", or 12-bolt.

Autos usually use the 12-bolt, but the 9" seems to be the most common and is practically bullet proof, but it'll cost ya about 2 grand or more.

10 bolt and 12 bolt are basically the same idea just the 10 being alot lighter and same with the nine inch it is great dont get me wrong

call andre at edge converters, very helpful. i would recommend a 3400-3600.
