LT1 and LS1 4L60e trannys interchangeable?

LT1 and LS1 4L60e trannys interchangeable? i was just wondering. i know that the stall convertors are different. does the tranny itself matter? the cars i am talking about are 1999 TA 4L60e 
going into a 95Z28. TIA.

Re: LT1 and LS1 4L60e trannys interchangeable? Converter, and thus input shaft are different. Bellhousing bolt pattern is different. Converter bolt pattern to flywheel is different.
