Default Better 4L60E trans out there?????

What is the best Trans I can found out there, WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE MONEY????

Looking for one that will hold up 450rwhp for a DD.
Dont want a trans that will last 5000 or 15000miles. I am looking for something of good quality and excellent durability.

450 hp is not a problem for a 4l60e stage 2. Take a look or give a call.

Anyone of the great sponsors on here, FLT, Performabuilt, or ACE will be able to build a nice 4L60E that will last forever at that HP level.

450 hp is not a tall demand . Of course longtivity is relative to more than just power, How you use it and drive plays a part too, I have known people with 500 HP daily drivers and the stock trans to last for years and many miles but then of course they did just that drove around,
When it come to durability ourselves or any of the sponsors here can I say give you and excellent quaility product, That will serve you performance needs,
But again how you drive it and use it no matter who makes it will also play a part,
We warranty our with a converter for 1 year after that at any time we will redo it and start the warranty over for 950 shipping included. We have many units at and over your power level at 20000-30000+ miles.

Hey guys thanksa lot. I have search and read a lot of threats, i think i have been looking for more than 4 months, so just imagine. But you know that when you have made your mind, then soon, boooom, you just start reading bad things and uhhh, thats when i go all back again.

I have a question, sorry for been rookie in this of trans, but when i read all about this trans like the ones from performabuilt, ace, flt and all that, what is the difference when people reffer to rebuilt or built trans, and a new trans??? are they the same right, beucause all the aftermarket trans says built or rebuilt, or am i wrong??? Because i have read,"just buy a new tras fron monster,etc.. bla bla," but people say they are more expensive. And other people recomend to rebuilt my trans with performab..,ace,alt,etc.

My problem is that i really have to buy the whole trans since i live in Puerto Rico and would be a waste of money to send my trans over there and get it rebuilt, it is to expensive the shipping.

Sorry for my english (it is my second language)

I put in performabuilts level 3 and it holds up great and drives like stock ecpt the converter untill I go WOT then the shifts are perfect. Over 600 hp so far and it holds just fine at the track. I spray right out the hole aswell.

Gear Star and Rossler are a couple names to consider if money is no object, but I bet some of the sponsors on LS1tech can hook you up with something just as good for less money.

....Don't worry about your English, it's better than half the people on here that are English as a 1st lol.

I'm partial to FLT as my experience with them was phenomenal in every way. Their units define the word quality. They put a lot of time and effort in to each and every unit and really go the extra mile every time. Plus, as shown by numerous members, they'll take one hell of a beating over and over and over again! Also, Vince's customer service is second to none! He's been building transmissions for years, and truly knows what we want and demand in our high performance transmissions.

We're very fortunate to have some wonderful sponsor's on this site...and they'll all take good care of you. With that said, if you want a unit that's going to perform as advertised, take as much as you can throw at it, and be of the highest quality in every aspect.....look no further than FLT!
