Default good shift kits etc. for 4l60e?

whats a good shift kit or something to firm up my shifts i could do on my 4l60e, brands, links, part numbers, prices, experience with certain products, ease of install etc is all appreciated. thanks. i also have a feeling i can get shifts firmed up when i get my car tuned but should i get a shift kit or something else first too?

For aftermarket I like the Transgo HD2 you can call the parts number in my sig to get a price on it.

Well to do it complete is rather involved and involves removal of the trans, However a partial install without the internal stuff can be done in and afternoon without to much difficulty .
