Default Too much stall for this street setup?

I am running a G5X3 cam, stock 243s, full bolt-ons (LTs, TB, lid, etc), LS6 intake, and 3.73s. This car is driven about 150 miles a week, and a trip to the track maybe once a month or so. I was planning on using between a 3600-3800 stall, but was wondering if i needed something a little bigger. Would a 4000-4400 be a decent size to use on this setup and would it still be streetable?

Thats exactly my drivability. Once a month or so for the track and ussually weekend cruises or whatever. I have the PT4400 and I really dont think its too big. Makes driving the car alot different but its not bad. KILLS gas in the city (about 10) but on the highway I would guess maybe around 26mpg at least. Takes about 2K to get moving and it takes a while to lock up, but I dont mind it at all. I actually like it because it kind of resembles a manual, and it made the car louder since it holds the rpms. Different companies' converters may be different, but thats how mine is.

Just like the others said. Go bigger now. I had a SS3600 Yank, very nice 'verter. But I'm now going with a 4k.
