Default TH400 Vibration

I just installed my th400 and noticed I have a vibration when decelerating and when I swerve right. I've got it sittin on a yank trans mount with tq arm provision and energy suspension mount. Any ideas? I was thinking driveline. It may be to short I can push it up and down on the trans side a hair, its only in maybe 2" of the tranny.

Could be...

On my GTO that I just put a TH400 on, the tranny is in a different spot than the old one. Consequently that made my whole engine/tranny combo tilt a little. Now my darn Kooks headers are hitting my steering box causing a vibration through the car and steering wheel when turning to the right(funny enough!).
