I am looking to get a performance 4L60E soon. I am very seriously considering getting one from the sponsor -> fbodytrans.com.

I spoke to them yesterday, and their customer service and concern for me getting the best transmission for my application was outstanding!! I am pretty much sold based on that alone!

However, I want to get some feedback about the performance and longevity from those who have one. If you have one, please post up your results. Thanks!!

 

I love mine. Haven't had it in too long but everything seems just perfect. I couldn't be happier with their service, I got mine delivered about 5 days after ordering.

I order a Stage I from them last week. Their willingness to discuss their transmissions and their warranty sold me. I called every shop (FLP, Speed Inc, Rossler, etc.) and Cmotorsports was the only one I felt comfortable with after I hung up. Their warranty (12/12) covers anything that goes wrong including slipping clutches. They also will send out a replacement unit before you have to pull yours. How can you beat that?

It will probably be a couple of weeks before mine is installed but I'll post as soon as I have a few miles on it.

I have to say chuck at FLP he's the man in my book. had the car dyno tuned at speed inc and they couldn't get my shift points right and told me i had a trans problem. To make a long story short it was in the programing .He takes care of his customers. And bulds one strong *** trans.
