Some Trans Questions
Some Trans Questions I was wondering what luck you guys or girls have had installing a aftermarket converter in a car with 60,000 miles? Should I be concerned that the trans wont last very long after the install? Should I just rebuild the trans before I install the converter? What precaution can I do to make the trans live. Any suggestions would be apreciated.

Re: Some Trans Questions depends on how its been cared for in the past really...mine has been cared for pretty well as proof by the receipts but i still added a tranny cooler to get those temps down...im doing a ssf TCI3500 stall vert in a few weeks as soon as it gets off backorder through summit

Re: Some Trans Questions nice a yank wouldve been best for me too just a bit too pricey at this point...figure a lot of people are having pretty good luck with the tci 3500&3800 but with my gearing id probably be better off with the lesser of two evils for drivability purposes for now
