Default Aftermarket Shifter?

Hey is there any B&M or Hurst shifters for the 4l60e I hate the way the Shifter looks on my SS. I was thinking of somthing like the Hammer shifter from B&M. All that I have seen shifters for is the TH-xxx or powerglides is it because the 4l60e is electronic or no? Hope you guys can hook me up with some info Thanks

Negative.

There are some guys that used a M6 console and used a shift boot with some of the aftermarket shifters, but i'm not a huge fan of that setup.

there are aftermaket shifters, just not any direct bolt-in to the factory console. they will require some sort of fabrication, all though they will work for an A4, they are the ones that work on the 700r4.

True, I guess I should have mentioned that.

You know, if a company made a nice A4 shifter that would fit in the factory console for our cars (like the B&M Mega or Hurst Dual Gate for 3rd Gens) I think it would sell like hotcakes.

I'd buy one in a heartbeat. Any of you guys listening?!
