Default Custom stall help

OK, so in early january, my 4l60e grenaded a planetary and broke the pump. I've had the trans fully rebuilt with an upgraded pump, switch to a bearing instead of washer setup, 4l65e planetaries, upgraded clutches, servos, beast sunshell, etc. Trans is silky smooth. The converter was rebuilt and fully balanced 4 times. It checks out as perfect, but as soon as the converter is installed, it vibrates..BAD, even in park. So I need to get a new converter. My old one was a TCI 3500. I'm having a new one custom built by a reputable shop(not a sponsor). It will have an anti balloon plate, and billet pieces because I plan to run spray down the road. I am not sure what size to go with. All my car has right now is a lid, ported tb, catback, and the built trans. I'll have LTs, ORY, intake, and dynotune by summer. To me, the 3500 was not big enough. I don't care about mileage, even though this is my DD, I don't have a far drive to work, and my gf's house is only about 10 miles away. The future plans include heads/cam, and then a 100-150 shot. I'll eventually be switching to a stroker setup, but when I do that, I'll be getting a TH400. For now, this car is my DD, so I want the overdrive. I was thinking something in the 38-4400 range, but I am not sure. The car will basically be full boltons, and then next spring, will be heads and cam. Since i'll be stock cubes for now, the cam will be no bigger than mid 230s(i really like the vrx5), and I am unsure about the heads. Either PRC stage 2.5s or TFS 220s, depending on funds.

Cliff notes...
Have a fully built 4l60e. Original TCI 3500 stall wasn't big enough. Getting a custom built one made, not sure what size to go with. Somewhere between 38-4400

I would think something in the 3800-4000 would be good for you to grow into. Sounds like you are going to be adding quite a bit of power. If you were to get a 4200 + and then add some spray it would probably be to much.

Good luck

Chris

Thanks, i'm almost positive on a 3800 or 4000, i'm just not sure if it would be a noticeable difference or what the benefit of either size would be

for nitrous i was thinkin i should go smaller??? i know the yank pye 3400 flashes to 4k on spray from what i have read, so if i have a 3800, should it flash higher on motor? i'm gonna spray for sure, but i'll be running more motor passes than spray passes
