4l60e to 4l65e swap question

hey i got a 4l65e out of a 05 gto and i just noticed the shaft sticking out for the linkage is the long one and my 60e has the short one.. how do i swap them?

Easy, REMOVE PAN, REMOVE BLACK CLIP BETWEEN CASE AND GATE,REMOVE 15MM NUT THE SLIDE SHAFT OUT, REVERSE TO INSTALL MAKE SURE SHAFT IS IN THE SLOT IN GATE BEFORE TIGHTENING NUT
