Sounds like a personal problem....lol. What did you use to get the trans out?

 

He replaced the the low planetary gear and now of course 1st gear whines badly.........geez its impossoble to get anything fixed right today!

 

We kept prying at it with a pry bar and kicking the trans. Sprayed some wd40 on the dowel pins. Slowly it seperated.

Now getting the new one on today was a different story. You hammer the dowel pins back in the block. Im sure it took about 2 hours for us to get the new tranny on those damn things and seated. the last 1/8th inch was a pain. it just wouldnt budge.
