Trans stuck to the Engine

We kept prying at it with a pry bar and kicking the trans. Sprayed some wd40 on the dowel pins. Slowly it seperated.
Now getting the new one on today was a different story. You hammer the dowel pins back in the block. Im sure it took about 2 hours for us to get the new tranny on those damn things and seated. the last 1/8th inch was a pain. it just wouldnt budge.
