Default A4 trans slipping??

This guy that wants to buy my car took it to a mechanic and said everything was fine.
Now he was driving it and said it wouldn't shift out of 3rd I think at low speeds. Then it was fine.
He said it feels like it ws slipping.

I swear on earth itself that it has never happened to me before, now that he's had it for a couple days it is happening.
He said that the trans fluid seems "thin" so he is going to add a little.

Car has 51,000 miles on it and I haven't really driven it more than 1000 miles this whole year.
All it needed was an oil change.
Could this just be a fluke? I have a ST3500, cam, comp tuning, the works and barely raced it. I also have a transgo shift kit on level two.

Lemme know
