With all the hate'in going on around here lately , I thought Id post my recent experiance. Tranny blew at the track and I sent the verter back to get cleaned out. Jack said $225 to clean and to restall to 3600 multi-disc. Id said hell yeah, So I get my verter back today and reciept reads, Its still within 2 years since I bought it and its free. Also its a new verter, not the one I sent. Great thing was this all happened within 7 days. Now thats service! Later.

 

Heck yeah, those guys are top notch. Had a similar experience here -- they warrantied a failure that wasn't any fault of the product

 

yea, when I blew my last tranny I had my TC sent back to PI ... no charge (within 2 years old) and turnaround was within a week! excellent service!
