Default 4l60e stall question

Alright guys i got a phoenix 3200 stall that came out of a 2 wheel drive ss trailblazer.will it bolt up or not? another thing do i have to have a tune to drive it after i put it on because i was told it will go into safe mode.pm with info asap need the help.

You dont give year of truck but assume its LSX based it will go right in the car, As for tuning possibily nessary , definatley benificial.
Also note that a stall built for a truck and its weight is going to have somewhat different stall characteristics in a car. Also power and rear ratio will affect this too.

well i would suggest getting a tune after you put the stall in. your shifting will be a little off , well in my experence its best.

It came out of a 06 blazer i plan on getting a tune right after i was just wondering if it would be ok to drive and shift properly.will mine not stall as high as the blazer.thanks for the help.

it will likely stall less because your car is lighter

if you consider getting rid of it for something higher let me know as my car has some extra weight
